We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager, Account Management to lead a team of 5–8 Account Managers and drive expansion revenue across our core ICP (private equity firms and their portfolio companies). This leader will ensure multi-threaded engagement within client accounts, maximize wallet share, and coach the team to excel in discovery, upselling, and relationship management. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, people-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven ability to elevate performance, improve forecasting, and foster a culture of curiosity, grit, and accountability.Key Responsibilities
• Hiring and retaining top Account Management talent.• Training, coaching, and skill development of Account Managers.
• Acting as a thought partner to the Head of Sales to build scalable infrastructure and increase team efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
• 5–7 years of sales experience, including 2–3 years in a management role.• Proven track record in account management, customer success, or consultative B2B sales.
• Strong ability to coach and develop reps at different skill levels.
• Data-driven decision maker with expertise in forecasting and performance analytics.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Experience in professional services, SaaS, or private equity ecosystem a plus.
