Intern - GTM Enablement

Student (College)

ABOUT BLUWAVE

BluWave connects private equity firms and their portfolio companies with vetted service providers (think consultants, interim executives, advisors, and specialists) across every function. PE firms and portcos use us at no cost. Providers pay for the introductions. It's a concierge model, and it works because we're fast, specific, and PE-native.

THE ROLE

This is a 7-month, remote, paid internship on the GTM Strategy & Enablement Operations team. You'll work directly with the Head of Enablement, on projects that drive sales strategy and bring in revenue.

That means sales-related content, rep activity data, outbound strategy, and AI tools we're building and testing. Some weeks you'll be deep in a spreadsheet. Others you'll be drafting a playbook or helping us figure out why a metric moved. It changes, and that's the point.

If you’re looking for hands-on learning of what a GTM engine looks like, this role is for you. You’ll gain frontline exposure to sales, revenue operations, and get to support continual building of a business scaling quickly. By the end of this internship, you’ll have stronger GTM knowledge and work examples you can talk about in a post-grad interview.

WHAT YOU'LL DO (with support and guidance, of course!)

Sales Enablement & Content

  • Help build and update full-funnel sales related materials

  • Support continual understanding of buyer behavior and help apply those findings in sellers day-to-day

  • Take rough ideas and turn them into clean, usable assets

Revenue Operations & Data

  • Pull rep activity data and help us make sense of what it's telling us

  • Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reporting templates

  • Help the business understand how it’s performing and what we need to do to win

GTM Strategy & Research

  • Research our ICP, track market signals, and help us understand our competitive landscape

  • Support outbound campaigns and account prioritization projects

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • You're an undergrad studying business. Your specific major doesn't matter, curiosity does

  • You write well and can make a complicated thing sound simple

  • Data doesn’t intimidate you. You're willing to dig in and help figure things out

  • You're interested in AI, sales, or how revenue teams work (ideally all three)

  • You don't need someone to manage every hour of your day

  • Bonus if you've heard of Salesforce, Gong, or Canva

  • Bonus if you've had any exposure to B2B sales, private equity, or revenue ops

WHAT YOU'LL GAIN

  • Actual projects with real stakes, not busy work

  • Direct access to a GTM leader who will teach you, give you feedback, and push you

  • Hands-on time with the sales tech and AI tools our team uses every day

  • A window into the private equity world and how PE-backed companies grow

  • Work product you can show in future interviews and actually explain

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
